I never posted coz i wanted to wait for devs fixes on this profession.

I never said the devs are idiots and they don't even hear to all the angry ppl that are doin' thisprofession.

I never wanted to make flames on this **edit**ing forums , that are useless and non-sense.

But now i'm too tired with this situation , i'm goin' through legals if Commandos stuffs will not be fixed in a week.

We all are payn' for this game we all need to have the same rights and ther's NO REASON about this miss interest of the staff at ALL THE PPL who are doin' commandos.

I repeat: this is a miss service , and we pay for it.

Well maybe u all are right..but , umpf it's frustrating to play a game that u like a lot and cannot use the profession that u choosen.

The worst thing is that the devs seem to have no interest in all this ppl protesting about this situation..

maybe i've been to " hard " with my first impressions..but really guys this broken stuffs are making quitting a lot of ppl..

My dear..when u payfor aservice and this service is not done , or partially not done(doesn't matter if it's a game , or a work , or something else) , when moneys are involved and ther's a miss service law talks clear..

and i don't see why i have to pay for something that doesn't accomplish to it's purposes.

Cuz the one thing we need in this country is another frivolous lawsuit cuz someones not getting their way. Switch to another profession or quit the game, stop being a baby, you knew the game would need some refinement from the beginning but you still signed up, so suck it up.

User agreement covers this. Folks tried this kind of thing with Verant and EQ, but it always fizzled. The User Agreement you sign every time you play absolves them of the need to make every last piece of the game work.

i recommend that your read the Terms of Service before you go spending money on a laywer, more than likley there is a clause that says something along the lines that if something doesnt work correctly then they are not obligated to fix it since it is their property, also they could just say in court that this is how they intended for it to work and thats what you payed for. Although there are ways around this especially if all the commando's teamed up and hired a really good lawyer, however i doubt this would happen. You could try to get a free consultation but more than likley the lawyer will just laugh at you.
