Is the heavy acid beam a charge weapon that runs out like the rocket launcher, or can the beam be used to do Acid spec moves? The beam is the one you get at Support 1.

No, it's charged. Just like all the other weapons in the support line.

the part beam is charged, I got one the other day had 220 charges and med AP! Wahoo, a commandoweapon that has AP on it! No special moves with any of these weapons from this line which kind of sucks given the fact that it still does not match up to rifle dmg and its ap factor.... We can still hope that the devs will figure out what a commando is sometime soon. I think they are starting to catch on, just very slowly and a many weeks too late......
