Is it possible to get master Commando and tracking 4, I've heard that tracking 4 lets you track other players.

Not entirely sure let me see...

ok then you'll have to add master scout to get to ranger so thats another 77 points, you have 4 skill points left now, you need 6 for novice ranger.

If my math is wrong someone can correct me, but I don't "think" its possible.

Not possible, by time you get Master Command and Master Scout, you've only got 4 skill points left, not even enough for Novice Ranger.
