Thread: Unarmed tip / Opining RE heavy cannon
I did unarmed 4 in 1 hour. Here's how.
I may be in a unique situation but I started with nov pistoleer. I went to Rori, Restuss and wandered about 1km-1.5 km south of town. If you're lucky you'll find a Leviasquall. If you'reluckier you'll find a nest of them. Here's what do to. Grab your favorite mousedroid and group with him. Heck... leave him in town if you can... Grab your trusty DX2 and bleedstack a Leviasquall with Healthshot 1 and 2. These beasts run slower than a midget in molasses so you can just keep running with a whole pack of 3-5 of them in tow. After you get a good stack, run up and smack them unarmed then continue to job comfortably in front.
When they die you'll get around 1850 xp. The trick is to not (for emphasis *NOT*) hit them with a regular pistol shot. If you do you're sacrificing about 1/2 your xp for pistol xp. One nest and about 15 squalls gave me 27500 xp. Took me about 20 mins for that. So do the math! 
Also since hitting novice commando I have thoroughly enjoyed the devilish pasttime of kneeling 48m from my large turtle friends and watching a heavy particle cannon pierce their shells with one shot. The loud thump tells you he's been prepared to a delicious medium rare.

A) Leviasqualls have been around forever... They're also really good to level on with the LP, cause then you bleedshot them and don't worry about hitting them anymore.... Although I prefer a midnight vir vur lair to a leviasquall mission, I can pull an extra 3k+ per lair for XP....
B) That's some damned spendy turtle soup....... I still haven't even bought a charged weapon and I'm less than 200k from hitting master...(and I've gotjust over 300k now, and all the composite I need, 2 flamers and 2 acid rifles...)They just don't seem quite worth my money til AT STs are more vulnerable to them.... or til I find a rocket launcher, which currently can't be made on Kettemoor. But with all the accuracy bonuses by Master, I'd take a rocket launcher cause Iknow I'd be pretty secure in getting my money's worth out of every shot...
