Hello, everyone... it's late and I can't sleep, so I'm going to post something truly innane.

A lot of talk has come down the pike recently about special attacks, and most of it says, not without merit, that we're getting hosed. With no knockdown or status attacks, the Flamethrower DoT being 'fixed', the HAR STILL not working right... we have reason to complain. But, my brothers and sisters, we are damage machines. Remember friends, we are mighty and strong... we have our challenges, to be sure... but let no man, woman, or beast say that Commandos aren't tough. We can do great damage (to things not resistant to heat, having little/no armor, and lying down) but most importantly we look good doing it.

For your interest and approval... it is my hope that we unify the HAR and Flamethrower trees (and fix the titles in the process) and introduce a new line for our brave Commando bretheren. Some have called for the removal of our Unarmed tree, but I believe it is in that which we must put our faith. Please note, these are specials that we wouldn't have to unequip our weapons to use... A great Commando is a living weapon and it's time we were treated thus.

Added to Novice Commando:

Manuver:Giv'emalovetap, whydoncha! - Weapon Bash (Chance to stun, knockdown, and dizzy opponent, percentage rises with ranks in this tree and is based on 20% of wielded weapon damage)

The New Skill Tree: Boo-Tin

Teras Kasi are practicioners of an ancient art... masterful, graceful, fluid, and dynamic. We respect the time and training it takes to master Teras Kasi, but for most Commandos, this is not their Way. Where a TKA will know a thousand and one manuvers capable of killing, the Boo-Tin master knows a thousand and two ways to make someone very, very hurt. The body becomes a weapon and only a skilled practicioner of Boo-Tin can survive where others fall. A TK willdefeat in single combat against an untrained opponent in a tournament, but only a master of Boo-Tin can fight and win in the seedier cantinas across the galaxy.

Skill Level One - One with the Boo

At this level, the Commando learns the basics of bar fighting, picking out which chairs will break spectacularly and which bottles will stun an opponent. Alcohol tolerance increases, as does berzerk strength and sheer ignorance. A new, more efficient Taunt is also added which reflects the special skills only a drunk Commando can provide.

/special attack: 'Give us a kiss, chummy' - A head butt suddenly and unerringly diizzies opponent (nothing special or fancy about it... forehead to opponent's body)

/skill - Wachoolookinat, Buddy? (Commando glares menacingly and picks a fight for no apparent reason)

Skill Level Two - Dulling the Pain

At the second rank, the Commando begins to have the starting stages of alcholism, but receives certain perks that make this worthwhile. In addition to being able to have an artificially enhanced HAM (because you begin to really believe you are smarter, faster, and stronger), the Commando begins shrugging off damage with the use of the special commands given at this level.

/passive ability- Alcoholic Meditation (HAM bars increase proportionally to the amount and strength of the alcohol imbibed... +10% for jawa beer, +20% for Tattooine sunburns, and +50% for anything with a skull on the label)

/skill - Thadinnthurtyapansy! (Because of the numb, almost detached feeling of all sensations, 5% of all damage incurred from any source is reduced. Note that this does stack with armor, only while drunk)

/skill - Go Time - A quick shove that does minimal damage but has the ability to knockdown your opponents with frightening efficiency. Victims immediately fall to the floor and are intimidated as they gaze upon your pointy toed boots (or razor sharp talons for Dosh and Wookiee Commandos)

Skill Level Three - Zen and the Art of Brawling

When the Commando reaches the Third skill level, his style has truly come into his own, in that it's no longer just random flailing to do damage but a serious attempt tohurt something vital. Whereas a TKA in the third rank earns the admiration and respect of his peers, the Boo-Tin specialist only gains the respect and admiration of other practitioners of Boo-Tin.A well-known Bootist can and will fight anyone and anything, regarless of odds, common sense, or chances of survival. Note that the type of alcohol consumed matters less at this stage, but the *amount* of alcohol that goes upward.

/passive ability - Detect Soccer Hooligan (helps immensely when looking for a trainer) Also providesCommando with accurate tracking information to all vendors with alcohol currently on their 'for sale' lists. Unerringly, the Commando is able to find which bars are open past quitting time, how much each drink costs, and the ability to run a tab that may or may not be paid for when the Commando comes to.

/skill - Poke to the Eye - This attack not only blinds and targets the Mind bar, it also causes the opponent to be more suceptable to the Head Butt maneuver for the next 15 seconds. Also note that this skill is only counterable by the level 4 TKA 'Stooge Fu Block'.

Skill level Four - Ruthless Agression

At Rank Four, the Commando garners whichever abilities he currently really believes himself to have. Please note that in this stage, the commando usually opts for a synthetically grown replacement liver Most notably, a Commando unleashes the most commonly used tactic of this style while making the opponent unable to effectively return blows.

/skill - Boot to the Head - Whereas most believe you shouldn't kick a man when he's down, the Boo-Tin Specialist realizes that with the vitals, head, chest, and face at exactly the right height for a good kicking. By this point, most of the people the Commando hangs out with have already gone home for the night so there is no need to worry about someone calling the cops. This is practically the National Sport of Tattooine and sometimes crowds do gather but only to egg on the Commando. The opponent is not only knocked down, stunned, dizzied, and crying for his mommy, but he also develops a bloody nose that just won't stop bleeding.

There you go... we keep Unarmed and it becomes useful again...

Lynch, Master Commando of Flurry

Force Unsensitive - Best title for Boo-Tin Specialist = Hooligan
