Im working on my TKA right now. Are you positive adding the pistoleer tree makes it the truly best pvp combo ? Im really looking to becoming an unstopable machine, or close to it.

Feedback please !

Only problem is you don't have any novice medic.... therefore it should read: Master Commando + TKM + Pistol Tech 3 = Group pvp guru and solo wuss.

No offense really, just being realistic.

If youre looking fo the best pvp combo, u can pretty much forget commando. Sure the flamer is nice and all, but a 16m range limit for specials sucks. For a considerably less amount of sp, u can go master pistoleer, master tka, and dirty fighting line smuggler with over 40 skill points left!!!! With that build u can knock down from range, panic shot to keep them on the ground, run up, dizzy them, and procede to ebat the living hell out of them. Plus you get cool bleeds with pistoleer, as well as some sweet dodge skills. IMHO, thats one of the best pvp builds around, simply because of the diversity of the attacks u can do, as well as the fact that u will have enuff sp left to get novice medic as well as novice scout up to ranged exploration 4!!!

Unless you are a commando why the heck did you reply to this? He is "WANTING" some type of combo to go "with' his commando and if he isn't then I appologize for the misunderstanding from the original poster.

as to the fact that im currently a pistoleer/commando/smuggelr (dirty fighting tree) i would like to say that the df tree is significantly bette than the pistoleer moves, especialyl considering the speed stopping shot shoots at (last ditch is close to that speed, and hits for about 500 more damage) also the only working pistoleer ranged moves (fanshot and stopping shot) )bs3 requires master + fast pistol to do more dps than bs2 marksman) are p[retty much useless without getting the pistol speed tree (combat xp) because they have pretty long delays otherwise.

Much depends on how many skills you are willing to drop in search of a good PvP template.

Currently I am master commando/master TKA with novice medic and diag1. This makes PvE and any form of 'out in the woods' PvP pretty much impossible due to my total lack of terrain negotiation. It's a street fighting template.

I am constantly checking out new builds, I have 2 accounts so I tend to finnish a build on one account and then start tinkering with the other one. Currently working on a rifleman/doctor with all his health and action migrated over to his secondry stats for a lone sniper style of play, really tricky for me because I'm so used to being up close and personal on my main toon.

There are a limitless number of effective PvP templates, many of which are never explored because people are predominantly sheep and like to follow in the footsteps of others. The plus sideof this is that you can copy another persons techniques, the downside is that everybody pretty much knows what tricks you are going to pull out of the bag in a fight.

Anybody sick of being KD and dizzy by TKA? Take a little look at the fencer skill tree, I'm finding it rather tempting at the momment myself.

Master Commando, tka 0-3-0-4, scout 3-0-0-0, medic 3-0-0-0 ( 433 base heals ).

With that combo I am one of the most feared PvP'ers on my server. I can react to any situation neccessary and am very self sufficient.

How many times have you only had to kill one imp or reb before you could meditate? And meditate does nothing to regen HAM, it merely would get rid of bleed, poison, disease, wounds from the fight. Powerboost and buffs would extend your existance, but without some medic you are overall in a losing battle. So the question is do you want to win the battles to lose the war? Or do you want to win the war? Winning the war requires medic skills or someone to heal you.

As far as a duelling character, you are correct, it would be a force even against BH since your defenses would outweigh their offensive firepower.
