Thread: Need a little template advice.

I've been a Master Commando for over a year, just picked up TKM for the first time(I was trying to be different). Should I pick up0-0-3-0 pistoleer for the state defenses, or 0-0-0-3 pistoleerto bump my melee defense to +124?

Teras Kasi Master (defenses, and you gotta love meditate)
Master Sworsman (uber damage, good defense)
Master Brawler (gotta have intimidate2)
0/0/4/0 Medic (stimpack E's)
0/0/4/4 Combat Prowess (uber speed/accuracy, helps swordsman)
Then you've got 10 skillpoints you can spend wherever you want.
(I love commando, but I'm waiting for the combat rebalance the fun way)

i would take
master fencer
master brawler
masterswords
medic 2040(first aid and stim E/D)
and the FS stuff

Fencer is good, but I went for TKM for the meditate, I hate spending2 hours waiting for a novice medic to heal me.

wow, way to not help a guy at all. He asked for advice on a commando template and everyone told him to be master swoordsman lol. get the state defenses from pistoleer.

Thanks for the advice. I'm just trying to stay alive a little longer, if I wanted to be "uber" I wouldn't be playing a Commando
.
I do have an alt with a defense template I like alot though,
Master Fencer
TKA 4-4-0-4
Pistoleer 1-0-4-0
Pike 0-0-4-0

How would you all feel about this template:
Commando 0 0 4 0
Combat Medic 4 0 0 4
Smuggler 0 0 1 0
Combat Prowness 0 2 0 0
added note * +15 to combat Medicine Use in Tapes *.

I could essentially throw all the high level CM Poisons/Diseases, Lay Down 3 Flame Dots, then feign death? I know this would only be good for hunting high level creatures, but can I have some input.

TKM is probably going to be a good match for Commando. For 2 reasons. 1. You'll get both ranged and melee mitigtation. 2. You already have Unarmed 4 anyway.
My plan is to go:
Master Commando
Pistol: 4001
TKM: 0304
It's a work in progress. But, this'll give 24 left over points. You can use those in force sensetive stuff if you're chasing Jedi. Or, you can us them to boost the state defenses from pistol or whatever.
