NOPE 
NOTHING!!! absolutely nothing remotely affects the terrain, all civic structures go right where they can, sadly, placing a shuttleportontop of a ravine, puts, the shuttleport inside the ravine, the bank.... placed on flat terrain is buried, i had to put it on a slop to make it look appealing

Is it possible to master commando and TKA - or just certain lines of TKA - sorry for all the questions - was master commando - but havent played in 6 months and have to start from scratch hehe

Mastering TKA and Commando will leave you with 18 points left over (I'm a M.Commando/TKM on Valcyn...I put the remaining points into Medic so I could use stims to heal during a fight)...It's a good PvE template...

yes, you have enough points to master commando and any elite combat profession.... for further references here is a character builder:

what advantages do you enjoy with mastering commando and TKA - i know the commando side - but how would TKA be better than pistoleer - Ive always heard that TKA is an outstanding complement and rounds out the character well - I just want to make absolutely sure with this template since I have a fresh start with this character. I mostly play PvE with a little PvP mixed in here and there when the guildies need help. TEACH ME!!! hope im not buggin - just really love the advice you have to give - thanks a ton garvin

The 2 best things I like about TK are the Defenses and Meditate...
