I know I have posted before about worries and feeling about our Prof. But sometime little things perk me up. Case in point.

My alt was in Mos Es ( the Noob town) crafting and trying to get APP, when a group of new players was forming a group near by about 10 ppl. I sent a tell to one to see if they needed some equipment that I could provide, I was told the whole group would like stuff. After getting a quick 20k exp for Artisan and WS, the leader asked if I would like to join thier hunt, the group was 1 day to 2 weeks old. I told them "Yes" but could they wait 5 min for me to log on my prime Toon. The leader said "NP". So I logged on and ahad a friend buff me quick and showed up there not showing my Master Commando Tag or weapons ( I had my VK). They asked the best place to hunt and get XP, I said at there level here or if they wanted to try Dant. We they wanted to try Dant. We got mission in the same direction and headed off, I gave them some food and drink to help out. 1st mission was Bols, after telling them how to kill and tap layers we started on the critters. i stood back so as not to xp loot. It was fun watching them running around and trying to kill 8 Bols (one person targeted the layer...lol) and a groupchat said "Help". I armed myself with my FT, and let loose a Flamecone2. Droppiing all eight in short order. All of the new players said that was neat and liked theflames.To make a long stroy short, I got alot of praises from them. I tell you after the hardships we as Commando have had just having them doing the OOOHHH and Awwwws" Help me to feelgood about our prof.

I know Garvin takes good care of us, thanks Garvin. I know we look out foreach other (IMP and Reb alike). Are we hurting: Yes, do we dispair: Yes.

But we can endure, and carry on the fight. So strap your boots on and dawn you gear and ready for a strong march. I have a feeling no matter what we as a group can provail. So stand as one and support our Leader Garvin. And to those that Troll our great Forum to bring us down they can Frilling kiss off.

Yeah ive had similar experiences with newbs in ma guild (since the state of the game is in shambles lately we've been recruiting the newbs) I help make money and such on Dant. It really is worthwhile sometimes just to hear them ooh and awe at yer cool RL or FT that they dont know honestly i got lucky hit when it did sometimes haha. Anyway yeah I agree

i've had similar experiences tanking forn00bs in my guild while they grind xp on torturs... i'll have 6 torturs surrounding me while i stand there with my VKs absorbing the damage, while my n00b friend will be blasting away at them best they can, taking several minutes to take down one.. then, when they've got all the xp they need for the next level and want me to train them i take out my FT and toast the remaining torturs in under a minute, getting many ooooo's and ahhhh's from the n00bs...
