Thread: Wookies and Nades??

Are Wookies faced with not being able to use nades? I just went commando and had a guildie give me some C12 nades and I when I use them its like I am not certified to use them and I have the first block on the nades tree as well so that cant be the case can it? Well it does show I am not certified with them but somebody who know please let me know this is a little weird even for this game. hehe.

Oh and if this is a standing issue then do we need to add it to the list of issues with the profession. I know its a species thing but it only affects Commando.

Hey Palvid, it sounds like the same weapons certification bug I encountered a few days ago when I bought some pistols off the bazaar. I bought weapons that I had certifications for yet....when I looked at the stats or tried to equip them, I couldn't use them.
I've submitted one bug report about this awhile ago.

No Palvid, I think it is Wookies and C12s only. Look at your weapon certs and It'll say something like "cert gernade fragmentaion lightagmentation"
A fried of mine ran into this problem, think it is Wookie only

I am a wookiee master commando and when i throw a c12 i do 12 damage lol thats why its called c12 seriously though wooks cant use those get c22 or higher. i dont know why it is but im a master and i dont want to use noob grenade anyway. Im using protons and imp detonators and i can do almost an entire fs tree in a day, except the 4th lvl box. finally master commando has a use in this game, grinding to initiate.

But C-12's are so terrible that the do more HAM damage to you then they do actual damge to the enemy so what does it matter if ya cant use them?
