Thread: I WANTED TO BE A CAMMANDO, BUT NOW IM NOT SO SURE
be4 i got this game, a week be4 i had it my cousin had it, and i was readin thru the book, and i was like oohh i wanna be a cammando, it fits in with my military persona, but after reading these boards, im not so sure. cammandos stuff is getting nerfed, ok well thats understandable, but know unarmed xp is hard to get, can u even get that kinda xp, with simple knives anymore? andnow i find out that they dont have the resources for the acid rifle and flame thrower in my galaxy which is radiant, ok **edit** is this sh*t about? and then grenades are horrible now, and i thougth the traps wer bad, ok now this is getting outta hand, ur turning 1 of the best professions into donkey squat, now if u look at real cammandos they r so much better than this, theyr flamethrowers back in the day torched nazis on the beaches, and torched elephant grass in vietnam, acid rifles..... well we never really had those anyway, but jesus how hard r u guys tryin to make this stuff, is ther anyone else here who agrees that they r toatally trashin this master profession or is it just me?
First, dump the leet speek. It shows ignorance of the English language and lack of respect for others.
Second, learn how to structure a proper sentence and paragraph. That post is almost unreadable.
And LAST.. everything you want to know about COMMANDOS is here in this forum. Take the time to read some if it.

DK, you can certainly post your pargraphs in any format you choose, but you'll get norespect (or assistance)from most of the people around here if you choose to do it like that.

ok guys i was tired when i wrote this at 2 in the morning, i havent slept in days. now what im trying to say is
is that i wanted to be a commando, when i read the instruction book over my cousins house. so im bustin
my balls in this game to try and get to commando, i am almost ther too. but i have neen reading these posts
about commandos and i keep seeing that theirstuff is getting nerfed, and that its hard to get the exp, for
unarmed combat, and such. and now i read that my galaxy (radiant) does not have the materials that i need
for construction of flame throwers and acid rifles. and people have just been telling me its not worth it. so im
just curious is it just me who is toatally pissed off that an elite military group is portrayed in this game as a
bunch of spinless unskilled fighters, with useless weapons?
you have been reading wrong. nothing about our class is getting nerfed becausethe class startedway out of balance to begin with. read teh devs response thread to get an idea of upcoming changes then make a decision if you feel the 1st class with positive changes(in other words NOT getting nerfed but improved) is right for you.
I do hope the upcoming changes dont turn commando into a FOTM that would be bad 
Your last post was a big step in the right direction, so I'll impart some hard earned wisdom.
Commandos have been a pitiful broken class since the beginning. They were never tested properly in the beta, as the weapons didn't appear until maybe 10 days before launch. And only flame throwers and heavy lightning cannons at that.
But, many of us have perservered through using "exploits" to gain the necessary exp, and there are even a few Masters running around. (Guys, you have my undying respect. That took major commitment)
Where we are now is waiting for a batch of fixes that are supposed to actually make it a viable class to play. These will address weapon stats and availability. Right now, more than a few servers don't have the resources to even build heavy weapons. Those that are available are rather disappointing for a type of weapon associated with catastropic damage rates.
So until then, grab a launcher pistol and start blowing up every mob you can see.
