Just want to know if ALL the heavy weapon like RL and all the weaps in that column have charges.
Like the HPBC and others? Never seen one for sale thats why i ask.
Which weapons in that branch has charges and which one is best in average?

they all have charges, i like the heavy particle beam for price/damage
