ive rarely seen tapes ever in the first place..but my tusken raider boots have a +7 hvy weaps spd, and +5 pistol accuracy while moving...so there are bound to be tapes

I got a skill tape a while back that was for +25 Heavy Weapon Speed. It made a dramatic speed change

Ive looted everything from Arcitect Experiment tapes to OneHand Toughness tapes but I have never looted or read about anyone that looted, FT, grenade, or HAR tapes. i did see one heavy weapons tape but that is all.
My question is, since commando was broken at launch is this another aspect that is still missing for our class? Or something that we are never intended to have?
