The near-finished version can be found here. It's got the full entries for Rifle, Pistol and Carbine, comparing the Damage per second rating with:
A "vanilla" Master of a profession, using any of 3 standard vendor weapons for each profession, and 3 specials with each weapon, with DPS output for each special vs AR 0,1,2,3, and PVP Unarmoured and 40/65 Stun/Base composite, and the same PVP armour but with Ranged Mitigation 3, then the same weapons damage sliced and with 33/16 damage powerups.
Then a repeat for all those same weapons and specials for Masters firing at the speed cap due to SEAs/dabbling.
Note the capped M Rifleman firing Strafe2 with a sliced and pupped T21 against an AR0 MOB. 7325 damage per second average...
I just need assistance from a Master Commando to give me the exact speed/damage numbers for Flame and Acid single 2, and hopefully a BH to give me Lightning 2, and I'll be finished.

Good god...and devs think giving us some AP and increased dmg/speed on our hvy weapons would make us too powerful..?
The T-21 is like a more powerful Rocket Launcher with energy dmg...

That's only a 718 max T21. Mine's 769 max. I can get a maximum of 8000 DPS with that. That figure is purely academic, as far as I know, I'd one-shot anything which was AR0/no Enregy resist. (Note also that if a MOB does not have a listing for energy resistance, it is not counted as vulnerable, but as simply 0% Resistance. A Tusken Witch Doctor has no resistance to Cold, but still reduces damage from my SG82 by 87.5% as per AP0 vs AR3.)
No matter which way you look at it, a Rifleman who "only" spends a million credits on SEAs is obscenely powerful, even compared to other professions with exceptional loot weapons.
