What's the purpose of having a wound % chance on a weapon that sets you on fire?

I dont' know. Here's another thought. Why do Male's have nipples? Really?

Because according to Jurassic Park, all vertebrae embryos are inherently female and require an extra hormone at a certain developmental stage to make them male. I guess we just keep to keep that much of the equipment, and the rest was denied to us.

Which is great, because that gives us our excuse to chase chicks.

My thought for the day: why are certain people, bad people, never spontaneously incinerated by a bolt of lightning?

I thought that was for using the default firing mode and didn't apply to specials.
