Just a few simple ideas.

1. Get rid of the warm up times and change the cooldown timers to the same as all the other proffessions. This little simple change will make the specials 10 times more usable and will NOT make them over powered.

2. Allow CoB to be used with Heavy Weapons. We all have this skill as a requirement to getting commando, let us use it. Hell maybe even let us use leg sweep too and just use the firearm strike animation when a Heavy Weapon is equipped. That way we get a slight damage increase with a close range KD. You made us get these skills at least let us use them.
