Is there currently a speed cap on the FT or HAR for that matter ? The reason I ask is that as I go up in FT skills and gain additional FT speed, I'm concerned I'll hit the speed cap of the FT, and need to change to a Damage sliced FT instead of the Speed sliced one I have now (3.8 atk speed).

I heard rumors that pistols were having their speed cap reduced to 0.5, and rifles were having their speed cap increased to 3.0. If FT, HAR, etc are classed as rifles, does this mean our FT's & HAR's have a speed cap of 3.0 ?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciate.

As it is now the speed cap is 1.0 for all weapons. But who knows what may change in the future.
