everything still goes melee so i get one or two shots in that i miss.. these mobs are blue and light blue and are hitting me for 300-400 a hit. i am incapped in 3 hits every time.

Right now it is hard,

try getting some Chitin armour, and/or doctor buffs. And if you dont mind a pet grab one of those too. Sad that we have to rely on such things but it is what it is at the moment

Wow I guess commandos are just rifleman with cooler weapons. Now you guys know what the extra melee damage is all about huh?

I'm a wookie I can't even get more then 3 bioed items of clothing, think you got it bad heh...... PSG is worthless don't even bring it up

A pet or feign death.... works for me.

And I know the rifleman have been griping about the 2.5x melee penalty, and as a former Master Sharpshooter, I know it sucks. But the fact is that rifleman dont have to Unarmed IV and they dont have to have Master Marksmen. I think that have Unarmed IV should at least give us SOME melee def. Then, if Rifleman want melee def, they can take the unarmed tree as well.

man.. i just think its lame that without using buffs or a pet that a mob that i can kill in 1-2 hits will also kill me in 1-2 hits. where as if i switched to a pistol it wouldn't kill me or even come close to killing me. i guess i need to get that little extra pistol xp and pick up the feign death from smuggler line.
