Is there any class currently that can equip a beam rifle and get a 'yes' certified?

no, its a bug that the devs need to fix still. i can make it for you, but what would be the point? not the best weapon any way

I heard from a WS they are going to remove the Beam Rifle all together because it was the forerunner to the Acid Rifle. This has been discussed on the Riflemanboards so I thought I should chim in with the info I garnered from the post.
