Does anyone know this? Does the launcher get treated the same as the HAR and flame when equipped?

Short answer, NO. Long answer: It does get a mod, however nobody really knows exactly what it is. I have run many tests on this, however they are inconclusive for most commandos because I think my TKA training helps mitigate some of the damage modifier when I have LP equipped. For me, equipping an LP gets approximately 1.25 - 1.5 x damage mod. Obviously it is preferable to the 2.5x mod of the FT and HAR.
