I heard that some commando weapons have a limited number of uses. That sounds pretty gay so I was just wondering if that was true. Thats it. Thanks.

Anything in the Heavy Support Weapons or Field Tactics are "charged" or "expendable" weapons. The Field Tactics weapons come, as a rule, in stacks of 5. HSW Weapons tend to have more like 30, though this number can be higher or lower depending on where the smith put their experimentation points.
