My particle beam cannon says its min damage is 2100, yet it keeps hitting people for only 900 or 1200... what gives?

Also if Im wearing 80% resistant to everything composite armor, how come it says someone hit me in the chest and did 600 damage, but my armor absorbed 300 damage... thats not 80% thats 50%.

ok for 1 all armor i meen any thing to do with armor is really buged

2pvp dam is ithink 50% less dam so if u hit for 2000 dam it only dose 1000 but this also relys on armor pircing and remaber thats all buged so basicly any one waring armor gets giped

but they also might be useing a wep that has armor pirsing like the dx2 or some thing
