Having a Master Doctor on my other account, I'd also say he'd have gimmicked the random number generator to not give 700 buffs from really nice Buff-Ds too.

i noticed that TH said he and another dev were testing flamethrower in a cantina on test server.

HEY TH YOU BLIND IDIOT, why didn't you test out our HAR while you were at it???? because if you did you'd realize how useless it is.

OR why didn't you test out our heavy weapons? because if you did, you'd noticed that we CAN'T USE THEM IN DOORS. which means if we're fighting inside or fighting in a cave 40% percent of our weapons are borked for the mere fact that they don't work indoors.

Now instead of nerfing our only weapon why not fix our weapons that aren't working?

I noticed that if what he said about his buddy was true. He would have had to have been buffed up the yin by one very talented docter in order to survive the first dot stacking, let alone the second and 3rd. In other words he was BSing us.
