Thread: Lightning Beam Canon Status?

A guildie informed me that no one can get a certification for Lightning Beam Canon? Can I get conformation of such? And is there a sitrep concerning this issue with the devs? Thank you for any info. HOOOUA!

it works for me, i dont know about anyone else. some weaponsmiths hate making them so much they just say they dont work

One CAN get LBC certification... /shrug... at least I am certified...
