So I am sure we are all well aware of POISON'S in the game right? I looked at Skeptic's post and read the thread it referrenced. From what it looks like Combat Medics will not see ANY type of reduction's with the looming Rebalance! This does not sit well with me. A combat medic and take out another player from quite a distance away, in a fight between a MCM anda MC who do you think will win. I already know the answer since the MCM will be weaing 80% armor and feel free to slap us like we were rented while a poison takes us out. Yep. I am certain that if this rebalance is a botch the game will loose the accounts numbering in at least the hunders and most likely thousands, MINE included.

Well, I think one thing to consider is that armor is going to be ner.. .er reduced in effectiveness with the combat balance. Additionally, there are going to be changes in the way that the combat system works, in terms of HAM and specials. So, once again, we are left in a state of wait and see.

True, but I am quite the skeptic right now. They have come short on many other promises in the past. I wont get my hopes up again.

Well my wife is a MCM/MD and I was MC/SL 0044.

Notice she has no room for combat, she got carb 4 in marks.

Put simply she kicked my arse, if I did get some nice dmg in she'd just heal it in a flash.

Naturaly her first move is a poison/dissease combo and I know I'm toast.

Now whith this new spice they're talking about and the reduced armor/buffs I might stand a chance with that build.

Additionaly I'm dropping SL for TKM and plan on 0030 Smug. The way I see it if I get the CM on his/her back

I win. Course not based on my Commando skills :/ But what the heck...

A Quote from TH:

"A key element to the CB is that attacking the mind pool specifically won't be as prevalent - - the HAM revamp and changes to specials will take away from that combat focus. The second thing to consider is that combat medic attack range is a bug that is going to change very soon."

So CM is getting some changes in the combat balance, and possibly before...
