Oh MY Gawd! Today...Today was a great day, and a great day not only ingame..but for celebrating the first year anniversary of SWG!!

First...it started last night and this morning...massive recruitment for my newly reformed guild...IDI Forces...its been a year, just about, since I disbanded it when I left Infantry Online for SWG (owned it for 3 years there). Relived my old infantry days of talking to 70+ people..many times 6-8 at once --- and a nice added effect, in coronet! hehe

Second...had some time to spend with my Fiance...Escia, ingame (for those of you who remember my last wedding..it ended horribly...)...spent a great day shopping and hunting with her as she is grinding to master commando.

Thirdly, everyone..and I do mean everyone worked against me today...my fiance, my guild, my town!!....They pulled the first time on the history of my gaming career..that I was totally and utterly surprised -- They threw a surprise bacholer party for me! Oh my gawd lol...everyone was in on it. And it was a very very nice touch, as these past 2 weeks Ive been working pretty hard on my guild and newly formed town of South Crimson...and was very nice of everyone who Ive been working with, to throw such a great party hehe.

And lastly...to top it all....the devs announced that veterans (such as me) will be getting the SoroSuub Personal Luxury Yacht 3000 deed in JTL...which not only is stupendous in its own right...but marvelous that the devs have another multi-person ship! Instantly, I realized that the name of Stern Synex's ship in the world outside SWG that Ive created (I write...its a hobby of mine)...is now finally found! It was never a fighter (and ill be owning an A-Wing) but more like the luxury yacht..just military-upgraded...nevertheless...I finally had the perfect ship to name after my character's actual ship! Of course my A-wing will then be named a much cooler sounding name for a fighter...still great news!

Wew...the past 24 hours have been wonderful..simply wonderful...and a lot has happened...but why am I posting this? Lol...frankly I dont know...today has been 1 of the best SWG game days of the past year...I practically did it and experienced it all! (a jedi came to the party hehe, lots of Duels and whatnot and tourneys!) Everything..I do mean everything went right, and was wonderful today...

...and even though its a tad bit early...i would like to propose a toast...a toast to the Commandoship of these boards...Some of us have been here since the very beginning, some of us have not...nevertheless, we are all united in a commontheme - The Art of The Commando!

Ahh, myself being nearly 1 year as a commando...its a great day to be playing SWG! We have much to look forward to! And still some things to gripe about hehe :-)...so I shall end this post here...as Im late on going to TestCenter and filing that report w/ tests and whatnot about the new core combat accuracy change that I promised! hehe

lol yah that new space ship will be pretty sweet

even if it's not very "uber" or whatever.... it looks damn sweet and i'm sure it'll be really fun to pilot and bring your group along with

and those gorax spawns..... i'm so going to start a group and go out specifically to try and find these guys and hunt them....... i don't even care if they drop anything useful, only give 1 unit of meat or whatever, but the fact that there's more gorax in the game and i can actually find and hunt one (or two ) is just great

i'm very excited about the new veteran rewards since the first two seemed really cool so far
