Thread: Interesting Read this one concerning docs

I have been speaking with the Doc community regarding buffs - and many of them are cool with the idea of the "scratch our back and well scratch yours" proposition.

I brought forth the idea when buffing me and my fellow commandos - to simply ask for us to bring back our numerous hides, bones, meat, and charred flesh. In return, they could possibly give us a discount on our next buff session.

I told them that this would mutually benefit them and us in many ways to include: built up exp for both, continually influx of custumers for them, unending resources for them - being that we kill all of Gods creation(mostly the good stuff they seek), and a new bond/partnership between our two proffesions - they sound very optimistic about this.

Ive also gotten quite a response online of docs sending us requests for these needs - and getting discounts on buffs as well.

I dont know if yall do this already - but for those of you who dont- you can save and make a ton of cash as well!!!

Anywho - Hope this helps someone out

Since I hardly ever use buffs, it won't matter to me much.

Sometimes I think I'm the last player in the game who prefers to face dangers without relying on steroids.

***Valcyn - Lt. Colonel Ryubushi [ONE] of the Empire (the Tank Maniac); Career Master Commando, Master Carbineer, and extremely Anti-NGE.
***Eclipse - Ryushidosha, freelancer; Scaley Master Carbineer, ranger, merc for hire, and general sociopath...that despises the NGE.
***StarSider - Ja'ahn Woo [PYRO] of the Alliance - The Galaxy's first Jawa commando/carbineer...who also hates the NGE.

People like me...because I force them to...with violence!

Oh I thought you said combat revamp docs lol.

Don't feel alone Ryubishi. I run rebel missions all the time without buffs. I even was crazy enough to go to the lost Aqualish Cave on talus without buffs. I only get buffs for two things. One PvP. Two for farming fp and for tough area adventures. Of course I farm a lot (nothin like toasting Rebs) and go to places like the Geo cave and attempt to take on two enhacned kwi's. I too am not overly fond of buffs as they have become an addiction. Hopefully they'll be nerf'ed soon. Besides I don't really hunt animals except to make camp kits.

I actually think buffs disturb the balance of the game, as it requires all players to be buffed to be competitive with one another, and even moreso to stand a ghost of a chance against the high end PVE targets in the game.

so, i not only avoid buffs unless its absolutely necessary, i also never wear armor. even with these supposed disadvantages, i still triumph over the vette on a regular basis. a big part of this is i have no fear of death (waste of buffs and armor).

i think there are alot of people who follow this idea, and i encourage them to speak out, so the DEVs become more aware.
