Are Heavy Weapons skill tapes functioning properly now?

No. Until they are changed from "+HW Acc" or "+HW Speed" etc will never work until they are changed to "+FT Acc" or "+HAR Speed" etc etc etc.

Has it been confirmed that they are all working now post CU? Are there anynew ones? Can we get a stickylisting allthis skill tape info for commandos?

yes they work ive had mine in a armor suit just roting away for a while but with the new character stat sheet they actually show up as adding to your speed and accuracy.

And i think we only got 3 attachments HW spd HWaccuracy and Throw weapon, but that could be used with CM i think.

Thrown Weapon tapes are fro grenades.

The reason why this information isn't stickified, is it has been confirmed numerous times in the last month. However, expect to see this mentioned in the new commando guide...which will come soon (im waiting to see what the dev's next move will be in commando before I release the guide; don't want it to be outdated in a short time span...)
