I just got to master commando what the hell no special moves was going a waste of time nad effort they use to bre badass's what in the blue hell happened o them and whats with all the area attack weapons i can even use in a group cause ill aggro the whole damn mob i got to hang behind and hope to get a peice of the xp.: hopethey are going totweek this

Yeah I felt bad for the commando in my group today. He was using a launcher pistol and would keep drawing mad aggro onto himself. This profession can be nice once you get master but man am I glad I did the respec for this and ground out the rest of my template lol.

heh...he needs to hit them once with the pistol then shut up....otherwise he is toast

Get a Rocket Launcher ASAP, then the Heavy Particle Beam Cannon. Those are the two "safest" commando weapons. THEN try and find a WS to make you a decent one. Until then, group hardy, pounce on the strays that break away from the pack with your LP, and hope your group is an understanding one.

One thing I've found to work, but only on yellow dots (non-aggressive mobs) Is to run behind the critter and shoot towards your group and away from the rest of the mobs. Since our AOE's are cone attacks this can usually keep the other critters out of your cone. Of course, this is only slightly less dangerous.

ya they really need to fix this, its kind of pointless to have tanks when you just pull all the agros onto your self
