NO ...I just got master commando today on one of my char .... and can't use my proton rifle ...been waiting forever since I bought it and now I can't even use it

Confirmed, it's still not working. However, I did get AoE to work once, but it did only 106 damage--not worth it in my opinion.

I just like walking around with one... Too bad it can't fire and has relatively low DPS compared to it's carbine counterpart...
