I've seen pistol, rifle, carbine, combat, scouting, medical squad leader, creature handling, general crafting, armorsmith, weaponsmith, and a couple of others but no Heavy Weapons experience.

Has anyone found a trainer where you can spend faction on HW?

They took both Heavy Weapons and Bounty Hunting traning out during the big patch.

you forgot to add after alll costs the following..

and should be avoided at all costs, as their weapons cause massive lag and do little to no damage, thus causing great ammount of laughterthat may prevent further game play for the next 10-20 min of their intended victims.
