I've found quite a lot of Kliknik glands which are a loot component for enhancing grenades. They give +20 min damage, +90 max damage and +10 wound

Now are these actually useful and if so what is the best type of grenade to put them in

They're intended as gifts for several commando friends

Glops are the best grenade they will go in. They are generally worthless.

I suggest that whoever makes these grenades for you actually put a little more experimentation into Range instead of damage since dmg will be increased slightly with the use of the gland. You might not do as much damage, but you'll be able to do it from further away.
