Iam trying to purchase two SEAs that will give me a total of +10 to heavy weapon speed. Do flamethrowers reach theirmaximum capspeed when you hitmastercommando?

Its now going to be +15 Heavy Weapon Speed Also, does Heavy Weapon Speed apply to Flamethrowers?

yes, heavy weapon speed counts towards flamers, as well as pretty much every fire arm you receive certification for as a commando.

I thought the attatchments were bugged?

Ones that have two mods are bugged. The seconds mod wont work.
