So I'm almost at Flamethrower 2, and I was wondering at what point would it be safe for me to venture off Naboo for one of the advanced planets?

My opinion is that you aren't accurate enough until flame 3, but I'm sure there are differing opinions out there. Once you get flame 2, if you wanna test it out, put your belongings in the bank and head out to an advanced planet in your birthday suit with flamethrower by your side and see what happens, worst that can happen is you are out 5 or 6k in travel expenses.

Commando's start off really weak, soit just depends on how you dabble. I took some CH while I was working on commando, so I was off to Dantooine before I hit flame 2. Of course, that was pre-patch. As soon as the patch hit I dropped CH completely... no more 2.5x penalty + 55+ ubese and piket missions were a cake walk. I also dabbled in pistoleer a little. Sticking with the launcher pistol until you have some decent accuracy helps a lot. Just dabble in things like CH, pistoleer, Teras Kasi, etc. You've got those skill points for a reason. Use'em!
