Just got it slicedon Kettemoor. Stats are:
Solar Flare

Speed: 3.3
Min Damage: 610

Wound Chance: 28.1%

Ideal: -27

Pretty damn nice. Speed slice would have been nicer though, would have got firing specials in under 5 seconds with the right slice. Still, high damage every 7.5 is nothing to sneeze at.

There another one with 2.3 473 930 with same other things that was sliced.

bigjimmy! where do you get that flamer? ist it prepatch? and what components were used? krayt tissue? acklay venom? ....

Has any of these flamers been "double sliced"? Otherwise, it would take some exceptional (incredible) krayt tissues and maximum slices to get those stats. Unless of course it was one of those looted "legendary" weapons. I may be wrong here,if the flamers on ahazi are well below those on the other servers. Usually it is the weaponsmiths that can tell you right away if its a double sliced weapon. I may track one down to take a look at this thread. If the guns are legit, then hats off to the ws that made them, wow.

Jaek asked me to come in and take a look at the flamers in this thread. Exploiting is horribly out of control on Ahazi so everyone is kinda suspicous whenever they see a good weapon
, Hope I'm not intruding or anything.
Anyways, all flamers here are perfectly legal and they are some very fine weapons indeed. Most of them have been made with a combination of krayt, form fitting stock and a good slice. Bigjim's is actaully a loot drop weapon.

Your correct Big Jim, +58 -.94 Krayt tissues with a From fitted stock. Unsliced stats were 3.3 Max 930. With a 29% damage slice 930*1.29=1199.7. 3.3*.69 (31% speed)=2.277. Perfectley legal. There Uber I know

I made a few krayt FT for when I return to commando
600-899 with 3.0 speed ( unsliced)
625-945 with 4.2 speed (unsliced)
and my standard ones are 575-875 5.2
Not bad for tarquinas

I've seen non-krayt ones get as low as 4.6 speed on Starsider. I bought a couple, hope I can get a speed slice. Be -very- useful for grinding back up Commando
