Is it possible to use the launcher pistol with the Dirty Fighting line in smuggler? Just trying to figure out a good path to put some extra points in for pistol and the ranged knowckdown and last ditch are awesome pvp attacks.

yes u can use the all pistol skills whit the launcher pistol =)

Yeah it used to give pistol xp, but now it gives HW.

Heh....since its a novice commando weapon..and we only use Combat and HW xp...would be pointless for it to give any other xp

Also..yes the name is borked...why I really think it should be totally removed from a varient of a pistol....

Well it uses pistol mods and specials, hence the pistol part is to clue people in.

Does anyone know if the launcher pistol gives HVY xp? I mean it shouldn't right its a pistol?
But yet we can use it when we become novice commando so it should give us something more then just combat xp..Since we need HVY xp to move up levels
