Odd I know, but I'm an optimist at heart.

After I master commando (which won't be too long from now, as i'm 3/4/4/1) I plan on mastering Carbineer in hopes that one day we'll finally get our much sought after assault carbine weapon, as well as give me a range in combat and faster speeds.

If all goes well, and we finally do get an assault carbine weapon, how many of you would also consider mastering Carbineer for its would be added benifits?

The NGE is a decent start. Now lets bring the rest of the worlds up to par with Tatooine and Mustafar

Would love to see it added, but am already at that template so would not have to change for the would be implementation. My only gripe with the current template is the speed. Carbs only can hit the speed cap at the moment with something between a 1.0 and 1.5 speed carb. Not gonna be easy to find that and damage slices are useless if you are wanting to do the big damage with that reload time.

If you add skill tapes in to get it to +90 or so speed...it becomes very powerful. Crippling shot at the speed cap is devastating. Hopefully thecombat rebalance is going to bring carbs back up to speed.

I chose carbs for the feel of an assault riflebecause of ourlack thereof. Itworks well for me, but carbs are not for the spammers. It is a strategy ranged weapon thatyou reallygotta work with to use. HAM will kill you if unbuffed, but the area state effects andsingle andarea ranged KD's are great. Fun to stick an areadizzy/stun on a chasing group of melee players that aren't eating properly(or have weak kd defense)and land an area kd just to watch 3 or 4 guys flopping around trying to stand whileyouhave enough time to go landa burn and retreat back tooptimal firing range.

It is a tactical combination, and in my opinion not good for the spammers... Tough to solo with (but it is very possible if you learn how to use it), but very handy in a group for PvP or PvE.

I would love to see this come true, but who knows what to expect as far as it being a carb. I would not however go up rifleman if it relied on those mods and not its own or carbineer as I am very much expecting rifle to get slowed down after the revamp(My opinion and not verified so no one flame that comment).

I like it, but it is not for everyone. No melee mitigation, subpar defense, high HAM, slower than rifle or pistol speed vs. very handy state attacks (blind, dizzy, stun), Single and AoE attacks, Single and AoE KD, and high damage potential if you invest in skill tapes.
