perhaps each character is assigned randomly for whatever professions..

the more of the skillboxes and/or mastering of certain professions are met,

maybe all this mastering of professionsdoes is 'increase' your chance of being FS, so it may not be actually be a 'requirement' to master whatever assigned professions you were given... as becoming FS probably wont require you to change professions at ALL whatsoever... perhaps everyone is at a default chance of being FS which is at 2% chance maybe. and the more things you do, certain things might increase that %... maybe they could even have had placed just 'one' requirement for mastering a profession, so after you master one of the randomly chosen profession that you needed for your character, then the whole 'percentage chance' of you getting an fs slot starts to happen...

maybe there are many ways to trigger to FS as they said it isn't the same for everyone, so all actions you do , such as completing a skillbox..etc is just a percentage chance of you being an fs....

so basically all i'm saying, there is more to it then just mastering this or that, and maybe it isn't even a 'requirement' as i have mentioned..

but then i guess, if the players learn that it is all percentage based..that is, if mastering certain professions that the holocron tells you to only 'increases' your chance, but not as a direct 'step' toward an fs... i guess we'll have plenty of angry players ...

so has anyone ever thought of this?... just that everyone seem to think that mastering this or that is a 'step' toward fs, maybe in that sense it is a step...but i think it could more of a step just to increase that 'chance of success' scale that is hidden in your character...

heres a shorter version: poeple are pissed off about thinking it is required to mastercertainprofessions in order to have a chance of fs... but this 'requirement' may not actually be a requirement...it could be a percentage increase...

also we have no idea how their 'system' works on how it chooses and decides who will be fs, ..etc we know nothing about it, so i believe my theory can be just as reasonable.

I was playing Doom 3 again the other night - which is a great game, by the way, if you have a system to run it - and I come along this part where you meet a dying soldier, and he talks to you before he dies. When you move your reticle/cursor over friendlies in Doom 3, it shows their name above the cursor. This guy's name?...
