Have you relayied the unwillingness of this forum to wait long for the docs to the DEVS?

The fact that there are two posts on the front page about how long people are willing to wait is a sign that soon this forum will have lost most of its members if they don't release the docssoon.

I've been in a holding pattern for about a week now all leading up to today...Today JTL launches and, hopefully, the excuses stop...TH is expected to make some public announcement this week (TH or one of the other higher Devs) and I'm strongly hoping they contain information about the Public Docs, their status, and more importantly, when we might expect them to go public...

Awhile back it became obvious that we weren't going to see anything until JTL launched...last week the Devs told us that quickly after JTL launches they will move right into the Combat Upgrade and news should come quickly...So that means starting today and/or tomorrow I can start poking TH with that sharp stick again to get some news...

In info quest I will make mention of the various threads in our forum...Only problem is SOETyrant (one of the big wigs as SOE)doesn't respond well to those types of posts and tends to shy away from them (from a purely biz standpoint, for every "I'm leaving" post there are25 new players at least coming into the game, so they don't have much strength...trust me, I've seen that bridge crossed before)...The key thing that most people need to remember is that even though it appears that a lot of people are leaving, each month the SWG population has grown via new players...

Yeah. It's important to remember that you can always cancel your accounts for a while (now they've even backed off the 'we will delete accounts older than 6 months line'). I cancelled 3 accounts for 6 months earlier this year because nothing was being done except JTL. Now, I'm cancelling for another three because there's still nothing being done. BUT I will be coming back. This game is still one of the best out there and the most promising. So don't get mad, just cancel your accounts, play some PS2 or Xbox or take up biking for a hobbty for a while. It's never been an ALL or NOTHING unless you let it be.

I do hope the Combat Balance sets a new record for SOE and LA to get something out the door to the players. But I look for it to be at least 4 months before the full CB is ready for Live.

Keep up the good work Garvin! You're the best.

The Commando forums is where I go for all the best info.

I say we all take a roadtrip to SOE, capture the devs, strap them to chairs, and then proceed to beat the information we want out of them with hammers.
