Thread: Our Hidden Armour Cert

I really love my armour. It was made with NO points in enc and has a basrate of 90% on almost all pieces (got eff slices on all but some are 89% hehe, poor me).


Unfortunatley the accumulated HAM drain is over 1k on every stat...


In most professions this would mean instant death as specials would be impossible.... (try a single conceal shot with stats of 1/1 in everything).


Butin commando, a flamesingle 2 with no stats ona a 78/18/18 flamer has a HAM drain of... 23!!!


I can easily go through an entire fight bashing the flamesingle 2 button with no ill effects.


And now that i am set in my comp-wearing ways i migrated all of my stats to give myself 1200/1200/800 HAM. Im a brandy junkie, and i have almost no heal rate whatsoever, but i am a medic and i am so tough it is nigh-on impossible to kill me!


This is, in effect, a composite armour cert as i we recieve lower ham drains than a naked novice marksman using overcharge shot 1 with a cdef.


Annoyingly, though, this appears to only affect the flamethrower (quite new to commando, only 2*4* so no HAR specials so I cant check....).


A simple thing that would really make us stand up against swordsman/rifleman/TKswould be to extend this generosity to SHWs and nades.
