Let me think, been a while since I was a commando...

Last I knew Powerups can NOT be used on a FT, dang it.

Gorax was on Endor l;ast time I took on one (sad sad day.)

Best gernade depends on the situation, although I never found much use for them. except for grinding out combat xp.

Heavy weapons? Not much use for them either, if you DO happen to get the first shot off at the 40m range and it happens to actually hit the target, it will do good damage...most times.

Best template? With BH 3000 sounds like your wanting jedi hunting? If so, I think commando is not the way to go about it. I would suggest the commando TKM template, better for the defenses...which last I knew commando had little of.
