Hello everyone

I was just wondering what a good commando template would be I dont want TKA, Im thinking pistols ??

One template I tried for fun once was Master Commando, BH LLC branch 4. I could use every special heavy weapon in the game, and it was fun.

I think I also had BH pistols and novice pistoleer, but I don't remember... I was having too much fun blowing through the Geo caves with the heavy weapons. :-)

Then they shut down TC-Beta... :-(

Oh well. It was great while it lasted.

Go get a look at the guides in Garvin's commando sites, there is a couples.
Mine : Commando/CH. Great(greater) PvE, no Hope PvP.

heh i know you said you didnt want to be TKA but.... it goes really well with commando.

You would have good defense against both ranged and melee opponents
You can heal poison/disease/bleeds/wounds with meditate
You can tank for hours whilst applying flame dots
You can kd+dizzy and really hurt someone with the flamer after
You can target multiple pools.

Commando / TK is damn usefull in the DWB, those flame dots really hurt SBD's.... heh the overlord didnt like them much either.

I have Master Commando, BH 0004 like the poster was talking about earlier.

It really is a lot of fun.

Your damage output is amazing, but you have virtually no defenses.

Important to have someone to tank for you, though with the forced grouping coming soon, shouldn't be a problem.
