I got an acid stream launcher and a heavy paricle beam cannon, and both had ideal ranges that weren't zero, but their max range was 48. This of course is aside from them really sucking. But the point was, they didn't have an ideal range of 0. Just thought that was funny.

Was this a reward from a quest or something?

I haven't experienced it yet but I've read that many of the "inner" missions award Commando weapons. I was planning on doing this quest anyway but the added bonus of getting my hands on some "free" weapons makes me want to do it even more.

Ivoni just head out to the slug's palace and work through the theme park, static quest, whatever the catchy word for it is these days.

Now if I could just figure out how to get Salacious Crumb from Jabba... or where to get a Lizard Monkey of my own I'd be happier than a pig in **edit** on a rainy day.

I did the entire tier of missions from Jabba a month or so ago, and the only weapon I "received" was a sword that I had to deliver to Jabba to complete the mission. I did take the drum the sword was in though, don't see too many of them around.

Yeah, I got heavy weapons, too. I got an acid rifle, 3 kinds of grenades, and one other heavy weapon (forget which, because I can't use them yet). Anyway, Jabba's is a great place for aspiring commandos.

I started it tonight and here's my take on loot so far. All I have left are the Protocol droid missions.

Stone Knife, Survival Knife, Dagger, Gaffi Stick, Vibro Blade, D18 Pistol, Cargo Pocket, Rank Sash (or something like that), Cold Weather Gloves, Thermal Detonators, Glop Grenades, Cryoban Grenades, Two Handed Axe, Warm Hat, and Power Hammer.

That's close to the order I received them. I also looted close to 15K off the poor suckers that got in my way, a Jawa Ion Rifle, and another Cargo Pocket. Its no spectacular loot or money making venture but its a real nice break from killing rabbits and what not.

BTW I've heard if you equip the Rantok before talking to the droid you get to keep the sword.

if im not mistaken they have added in a few rewards since then

What were the stats like? Completed the Rebel theme park on Corellia and all I got was a very crappy launcher pistol.
