does anyone have any advice for meon how to dothis faster.... rightnow i'm mass murdering all the newbie mobs i can find lol

I found Mos Entha a good spot, masses of lowbie mobs all around the city, fast spawning as well. Did 70k in one long day. (with no medic skills). Good bonus is theres acommando trainer near waiting for you
