Not sure if anyone else brought this up before so I thought I would throw it out to you guys for discussion. I was looking in the Heavy Weapons line and saw that there were no certificates in HW4. What I suggest is a Heavy CryoBeam Cannon. Kindof the off-shoot of a CryoBan Grenade. Has a similar graphic as the HPBC, but does cold damage instead. Put this in Heavy Weapons IV and we're good to go. Just a thought.
