Thread: Commando xp, do we have a 3k cap?

I recently decided to master commando (Heck it looked fun) for the silent, might as well.
My friend said he mastered the skill in a short period of time, but as im leveling (4-0-4-3) I am only getting 3k or so a kill, Iv tried Rancors, Pikets (plains, male/famel, longhorns) Quenkers of all types, baznitchs/savage baz/giant baz.
Did they put a 3k cap on the skill? because that is freaking lame.. they slowed the skill down below all the brawlers, and all the other marksman skills (With the exception of carbineer, iv never done/been one of those)

Yes, there is a 3k exp cap limit. Just go one-shot quenkers with flame 2 for 2500xp per. It goes quick.

its around 3,000 cap...doesnt always mean its true
highest ive ever gotten in xp was around 3.1k to 3.2k....but that was also grouped when i did tortons, and didnt always get that (it was between 2.5-3.1k per)
But i do believe other proffessions can get up to 4kish or something...but this cap is really stupid across the board...especially in big game hunting...a krayt takes the effort of an entire group to kill....and you get crappy xp....the only incentive to go big game hunting is loot...

All skills except commando have a 5050 cap to my knowledge, heck iv done them all(except carbineer)hehe.
This commando cap thing really has nerfed me mastering it in any ammount of time, but thanks for clarifying, wanted to make sure they didnt ninja-nerf dant=D

yep, goes a lot faster with regular quenkers...although I have gotten so high as 3068 xp if I am lucky enough to one-shot a savage quenker. That's as high as I've ever seen though
