Garvin you and some of the elders may know the answer to this one. Earlier tonightI was looking in the strategy guide and I ran across something:
Enhanced Destructive Pulse Channeling (granted when you achieve acid rifle IV)
What is this? Some kind of special attack that was taken out or something?
I've been commando since late August and I can't remember ever getting this command or knowing what it was. Was this around just in beta and then got axed? Just morbid curiosity

I believe it was a component/powerup for grenades, since back then we could make grenades ourselves.

You know...I don't recall...it's sounds familiar but I'm not sure...I'll do a bit of research and see what I can find out...

Yeah it's prolly from when we could craft our own grenades, it also has two things called "Enhanced Explosive Charge Shaping" and "Enhanced Effect Fragmentation Sleeve" at Acid Rifle 2. Plus "Enhanced Explosive Charge Composition" at novice commando.

It's not for grenade construction all of that used to be under field tactics. It's just part of the description used to describe acid cone 2. I have the same book.

I dont' remember anything about that, so it sounds like a beta relic thing. My guess is that it had to do with crafting of some sort of weaponry (since that used to be the ordinance manufacturer line.)

Frankly never heard about that, most likely its from the remant of what the HAR tree was suppoused to be...some sort of crafting part of commando.
I do know they slapped the HAR in near the end of beta, but didnt fully take out the craftable stuff....I do recall several schematics for gernade components back when I achieved novice.
