Which server is this? I hardly see anyone in Eisley when I visit there.

My main guy is on Ahazi, but as the previous replier said, all starting characters begin in Mos Eisley. Mos Eisley on Ahazi is COMPLETELY different from months ago. It's actually quite populated.

I actually like finding hard working noobs and helping them out a little bit. Beggars/Tinpanners on the other hand...

Like I already said, you can ALWAYS find someone asking for training in the Novice Marksman, Brawler, and Entertainer skills. For us Commandos, that's alot of potential APs to be had. Also, I can actually find medics & aspiring doctors that heal players, not tumblers.

If you're looking for Master Doctor Buffs and Master Entertainers, you're better off in the older, established hubs like Coronet & Theed. There's more people/characters in training in 'Eisley. It's nice to see lots of players with that wonderful "first look around in SWG" that I remember fondly.

Wasn't really too sure where to post this slight bit of humorous observation. But, I guess since it's somewhat Commando related, oh well...

Anyways, I've been Master Commando for 3 weeks now. It was the first time I put on the Shock Trooper title while wearing my beloved set of Stormtrooper Armor over at Mos Eisley. To add to it, I had my trusty HAR equipped, too. I couldn't believe how badly I was swamped by the truly new guys (the veterans with new characters just of course kept on going with their normal routines).

I had a wide range of reactions & questions:

Oooh! Where can I get that armor?

An Imperial? Where can I sign up?

(blank stares)

Argh! An Imperial Shock Trooper! No way will I heal your wounds! Stormtroopers killed my family! (I commence TK Meditation)

Wow! What gun is that? Where can I get certified for that?

How much did that armor cost? I'll buy it for 1200 credits!

etc, etc...

Anyways, it seemed like a good way to recruit new, young talent into the Empire. On my server, we can use as much manpower as we can to level the field. By the way, 'Eisley is a GREAT place to get your Apprenticeship Points now.

My shuttle route to and from Tat now goes through Mos Eisley. It's just nice to see all the newer players.

Well, you see, you have to look at it the way I said before. I was demonstrating the effects of our uber Commando Weapons to the new guys. All those thugs that spawn by the Cantina? No problem for an uber Master Commando. Whip out the Flamethrower then proceed to get them all in a Flamecone 2. The new guys see the outrageous numbers and 3-4 dead thugs.

As for the HAR, you have to admit that because of the size, it presents intimidation. The regular attacks on unarmored, low-resist targets are respectible. It wows them, still.

But most definitely, the FT was the great crowd pleaser.

"Holy $%@%! Is that a Flamethrower!?!?"

Hehe, I have a lot of fun in Mos Eisley with my Imperial Commando character on Bria. I'm currently 2043 commando, 4133 Pistoleer, and 0010 Smuggler. Walked into town the other day overt and spied a red dot in the medical center, surrounded by newbies. The red dot was an elite player with no buff, sitting naked on one of the beds chatting with the newbs. I casually strolled in, pistol whipped him off the bed, and immolated him with Single 2. Much shock and awe ensued. Was truly priceless to be a god amongst newbs
