Yes, however it still wasn't working. I would walk up to a group of Desert Demons (example) and get agroed by every one of em at the same time and blast with a cone attack but only the NPC that I actually had targeted was taking damage. Same happened on regular mobs.

One point of note.. i did not set out to test this.. but did notice it.. cos it kept happening.. but remeber that all MOPs in Sennex cave are RED on map... maybe this could be different with yellow on map MOPs.

Yes, I understand, and the ones standing directly on front of me, other than the targeted one, were not getting damaged. The arc from the weapon dischrage would even pass right over them and still nothing.
And like you I did not set out to test this until I noticed that none of the targets that were attacking me in my weapon arc were taking any damage. I tried this over and over from different ranges (even thought the special has a limited range), and even while engaged I would move around as such so i had multiple targets within my weapon arc and still nothing. Could just be a test server thing going on.

this happens alot to me... doing mission on talus i'd tap the lair but only x-number of mobs would attack... i could even target one that wasn't attacking and kill it without it ever agroing me... but every time i one of the mobs that was attacking me died it would agro... i even tried dropping a bleed on every mob around me that hadn't agro'd yet... the bleed would just tick away and it would do its normal walk around/laydown untill i had killed something that had agro'd me... this was on torturs and mutant kumaars, neither of which have a ranaged attack...
on npc's i'll pick up like 5 that go melee and the rest stay ranged... then one of the melee dies and one of the ranged comes in for melee... it makes sence in a way... there is only so much room where melee could hit you... if there isn't enough room they don't do anything...
