How can I not get hit by my own grenade? Ive been a TRUE commando for almost a year now and Ive never had this happen to me before. I throw grenades at npcs that cirlce me and Im getting hit with my own grenades? Sometimes I dont if I find a sweet spot. Can anyone help me? Where are my commando friends? Rise to a friend in need. Thanks.Im using thermals by the way

Im Srry but One thing comes to mind. OHHHPULL PIN THROW GRENADE DOHHH!! As i say Srry Just had to. And i start With The Nade first my self then main weapon. Again Srry for the comment but it was First Thought when i read the title.

Translation: Q-"How do I not get hit when using grenades as Commando?" ....A-"Don't use them unill they are fixed".
Hmmmm...ok! Guess they better get FIXED!?

This brings up an other question, does another Player get hurt by your grenades?
I was doing a cave with a friend and he ran up to the npcI was throwing grenades at. I didn't notice if it did any damage to him, but he did back away from them till I finished blowing them up.

So if i'm throwing Protons at a group of NPC and my buddies TKA'n them.... The TKM is get no damage from the nades.... the NPC are getting hit by the blast radius.... The poor Commando is getting hit by the blast radius, plus the HAM cost..
The Devs are EVIL Evil..... Mulhahaaaaaaaa....

Awww...I was hoping they hit your friend, although, and I quote on of the devs, "There is nothing friendly about friendly fire."

To be honest, currently using your Grenades after the fight has already started is ASKING to get damaged by them...that's why I only use them (as well as my Rocket Launcher) to start a fight or against a stationary target...it sucks big time I know...
The good news is that I've been told we will likely (not definite) see this FIXED via the CU...our Grenades should hopefully operate like every other thrown weapon in game (other thrown weapons DO NOT damage the user, including traps and CM poisons/diseases...Detonation Droids don't even damage the user if caught in the blast radius)...
I'm still waiting on confirmation that they Devs will have time to fit this fix into the CU...they said it WILL happen, but not sure if they'll have time within the CU...

Lol...I know what you meant (in terms of friendly fire), but this reminds me of my mom once asking our priest when the 9:30 mass starts (30 minutes earlier during summer). He took it as a literal question, rather than what date mass would start happening at 9:30.
Well that was totally unrelated, but don't you love little stories like that that you keep with yourself through life? Anyways....yes...grenades don't do friendly fire (grenades dmging us i dont think is even intended...if it was, friendly fire makes sense)
